Worked on the eka-docs repository to deliver comprehensive API documentation for Medical Entity Codification, enabling mapping of free-text medical entities to standardized ontology codes for healthcare technology integrations. Focused on maintainability and business value, the work included migrating medical records documentation and codification docs from general tooling to Health AI, using Markdown for clear and accessible documentation. Implemented endpoint deprecation and redirect strategies to guide users from legacy SNOMED linking endpoints to newer APIs, minimizing disruption and reducing maintenance overhead. The approach streamlined developer onboarding and provided a clear migration path for partners integrating with Health AI systems.
