Sacha worked on the osunyorg/mit-africanfutures repository, delivering three front-end features focused on enhancing user experience and content presentation. They improved the file list interface by refining UI elements with CSS and HTML, introducing rounded corners, consistent thumbnail aspect ratios, and better hover interactions. Sacha also implemented a configuration-driven option for rendering all CTA block actions as buttons, increasing flexibility for content editors. For event pages, they developed full-width layouts and updated styling to better showcase imagery. Throughout the month, Sacha maintained a clean, traceable commit history, demonstrating attention to maintainability and UI polish using Sass and front-end development best practices.
