She addressed a critical EIT mount failure in the CHE PROD environment by updating release configurations and integrating root and intermediate certificates, thereby enabling secure TLS connections. Her work included refining the release workflow to ensure version updates and proper authentication throughout the mount process. Utilizing skills in configuration management, DevOps, and security, and working primarily with YAML and certificate management, Sai delivered a targeted bug fix that improved production stability.
