Sam Bennett developed the initial per-student biographical profile feature for the advanced-computing/course-materials repository, establishing a scalable approach to student metadata within course materials. By authoring structured documentation in Markdown, Sam created and integrated a dedicated profile file in the people directory, enabling individualized student profiles as part of the course workflow. This work focused on documentation practices and metadata organization, laying the groundwork for future extensibility. Although the project scope was limited to a single feature over one month, the implementation demonstrated a clear, maintainable pattern for managing student information, with attention to documentation standards and repository structure using Markdown.
