Worked on the CS-Social-Good-CalPoly/Vera repository, focusing on frontend development using JavaScript. Delivered a targeted cleanup of console log statements within the StorySubmission and StoriesPage components, aiming to enhance code quality and production readiness. The approach involved removing unnecessary logging to reduce noise in production console output, which improved the signal-to-noise ratio and made debugging more efficient. No user-facing behavior was altered, ensuring feature parity and safer deployments. Emphasized codebase maintainability through precise commit hygiene and adherence to logging standards. This work demonstrated attention to detail in code hygiene and contributed to smoother, more reliable deployment processes.
