Worked on moltbot/moltbot to implement bounds on default model browsing, restricting it to read-only discovery while preserving access to the full catalog when explicitly requested. This feature reused prepared plugin metadata and authentication state to optimize the picker path, preventing unnecessary external CLI discovery and maintaining provider normalization and canonical runtime aliases. The work included comprehensive end-to-end validation, covering focused model tests, OpenAI and Anthropic test suites, live tool calls, and full build checks across AWS and Docker environments. Leveraged TypeScript for full stack development and rigorous testing, ensuring robust integration and smooth user experience without introducing new bugs.
