In this period, I delivered significant API enhancements, robust scope handling, and localization improvements across two repos, driving broader data access, developer efficiency, and governance. Key features delivered include OpenAPI schema enhancements with extrait_immatr endpoints and expanded subsidy/payments schema, new Sport Data Hub API endpoint configuration with French locale definitions, and nested-scope build improvements with accompanying tests. Major bugs fixed include ensuring API Particulier uses the v3 OpenAPI definition through dynamic resolution updates and correcting French locale typos in cas_usages_entries. The work also included ANTS SIV API documentation and locale/provider updates, clarifying purpose and data sources, as well as added ANTS SIV vehicle data authorization scopes in data_pass. Overall, the changes improve API consistency, localization, access controls, and maintainability, delivering tangible business value and stronger developer experience.

June 2025 performance snapshot across etalab/data_pass and etalab/admin_api_entreprise. Key features delivered include migrating malware scanning to SHA256-based file identifiers with backfill for existing scans and removal of legacy UUID IDs (with corresponding API client, model validations, and schema/version updates), and a set of API/config improvements in admin_api_entreprise (config naming consistency, endpoint stability with Cache-Control headers and performance gains via annee/mois query parameters). Additional maintenance included Ruby gem updates to latest versions to improve security and reliability.
