April 2026 performance summary for aws-amplify/amplify-category-api: Stabilized end-to-end testing by temporarily pinning the CDK CLI to 2.1112.0 to contain a regression in 2.1116.0 that caused CloudFormation duplicate Export errors when using Fn::Join in nested stacks. Validated the fix in CI and prevented flaky test runs. The pin was subsequently rolled back to remove the explicit version constraint, restoring compatibility with the latest CLI while preserving test stability. This work maintained release velocity, reduced deployment risk, and demonstrated disciplined change management across the e2e pipeline.
