Worked on enhancing build stability for the tursodatabase/libsql repository, focusing on ensuring reliable builds with the Rust 1.85 toolchain. Addressed dependency management by pinning the wabt crate to version 0.9.1 and introducing the home 0.5.9 dependency, which improved compatibility and reduced sporadic build failures across environments. Implemented changes that locked dependencies, resulting in reproducible builds and a smoother onboarding process for new contributors. The work centered on Rust and dependency management, with an emphasis on continuous integration and build reliability. No bugs were fixed during this period, but the feature delivered improved the overall stability of the project.
