Developed and delivered a new feature for the saucelabs/sauce-docs repository, focusing on enhancing build reliability and developer control. Built a Webpack plugin extension that introduces the assetErrorBehavior option, allowing teams to configure how source-map related errors are handled during builds by logging warnings, skipping errors, or exiting the process. The implementation involved JavaScript and TypeScript for plugin logic, with comprehensive updates to Markdown documentation to guide users on the new configuration. This work improved error handling flexibility in both CI and local environments, demonstrating skills in documentation, Webpack plugin development, and clear communication of technical changes to end users.
