Worked on the asyncapi/website repository to deliver a comprehensive update to the repository’s structure documentation. Focused on aligning the README with the actual folder organization, the work clarified the locations of Storybook configuration, cheatsheets, end-to-end tests, development utilities, and a dedicated tests folder. This update improved onboarding for new contributors and enhanced maintainability by providing clear guidance on project layout. Employed Markdown for documentation and applied repository management best practices, including the use of conventional commits for traceability. The changes established a foundation for upcoming tooling integration, supporting future development workflows and ensuring consistency across the project’s evolving structure.
