Worked on the chalk-ai/chalk-go repository to deliver protocol enhancements and platform security improvements over a two-month period. Focused on backend development using Go, gRPC, and protobuf, the work included regenerating protocol buffer definitions to expand the API surface and support new metrics for observability. Enhanced container orchestration by introducing stricter security policies and refined authentication flows, as well as implementing metrics for pod memory and CPU utilization. These foundational changes improved system visibility, runtime isolation, and governance, enabling proactive monitoring and capacity planning. The approach emphasized reliability and scalability, with all updates aligned to evolving platform requirements and interfaces.
