During November 2024, Schneider focused on maintaining and updating integration tests for the IQSS/dataverse repository, specifically addressing the evolving behavior of the API’s export formats endpoint. By revising the expected JSON output in the api/info/exportFormats integration test, Schneider ensured that automated tests accurately reflected current API responses, thereby reducing the risk of regressions in continuous integration workflows. This work, which involved skills in integration testing and proficiency with JSON, did not introduce new features but contributed to the stability and reliability of the codebase. The depth of the update demonstrated careful alignment between test expectations and actual API behavior.
