Worked on the typst/typst repository to improve the stability and accuracy of bibliography rendering, focusing on a nuanced edge case involving bibliography numbering in full mode when no citations are present. Addressed a critical bug where numbering offsets could occur, ensuring that bibliographies render correctly and maintain consistent numbering even in atypical scenarios. The work involved careful analysis and testing of the bibliography logic, leveraging Rust for both implementation and validation. No new user-facing features were introduced during this period, as the primary objective was to enhance reliability and correctness in document rendering through targeted software development and testing efforts.
