During November 2024, Siyuan Chen organized UML diagram assets and documentation within the Vis4Sense/student-projects repository to streamline resource discoverability and future scalability. Siyuan consolidated PNG and BMP diagram files and relocated user question markdown documentation into a dedicated UML directory, reducing friction for both students and contributors. This work leveraged Git-based asset management and repository structuring, with a focus on documentation hygiene and maintainability. By establishing a clear organizational scheme, Siyuan enabled faster access to UML resources and laid the foundation for scalable asset management, supporting future enhancements and improved collaboration without introducing workflow disruptions or requiring bug fixes.
