Worked on the rancher/ui-plugin-charts repository to deliver a targeted feature focused on dependency management for observability extensions. Updated the manifest.json file using JSON to align observability component versions with the latest compatibility matrix, reducing version drift and potential integration issues. This approach reinforced the stability and predictability of UI charts in production environments by ensuring dependencies remained current and compatible. The work emphasized traceability and release readiness through clear documentation in both the manifest and commit history. No bug fixes were recorded during this period, with efforts concentrated on maintaining robust dependency alignment and supporting ongoing monitoring capabilities for the project.
