Worked on the avehtari/EpiNow2 repository to streamline and clarify the Stan configuration process within the EpiNow2 R Markdown vignette. Focused on simplifying user experience by removing the adapt_delta option from the stan_opts function, consolidating configuration defaults, and cleaning up related documentation. Emphasized maintainability and reproducibility by reducing unnecessary configuration surface for end users. Additionally, updated the README to accurately reflect the current development version, improving transparency for contributors and users. All work was completed using R and R Markdown, with a strong emphasis on documentation quality and version control discipline throughout the two-month contribution period.
