Worked on the grommet/hpe-design-system repository to enhance Storybook documentation for Button, Menu, and Accordion components, focusing on improving clarity and developer experience. Leveraged React and Storybook with both JavaScript and TypeScript to deliver new component stories, refine argTypes, and migrate legacy configurations to modern TypeScript patterns. Addressed type safety and consistency by standardizing common arguments and cleaning up unused types, which reduced maintenance overhead and potential regressions. Improved code previews and documentation notes, enabling faster onboarding and more accurate usage guidance for design-system consumers. The work emphasized maintainability and usability, supporting more reliable front end development workflows.
