Worked on the ROCm/TheRock repository to enhance build system reliability and streamline configuration processes. Focused on improving build hygiene by correcting a CMake typo and removing an unnecessary compiler flag, ensuring that the build configuration remained functional while reducing complexity. Leveraged expertise in CMake, C/C++, and build system configuration to deliver targeted fixes that improved both local development and continuous integration workflows. The approach emphasized maintaining existing behavior while enabling faster iteration and more predictable CI outcomes. This work demonstrated a methodical attention to repository cleanliness and build integrity, contributing to a more maintainable and efficient development environment.
