Worked on the microsoft/fluentui-blazor repository to address a user interface issue in the Docs Search Autocomplete component. Focused on improving the user experience by ensuring the clear 'X' icon no longer remained visible after an item was selected and navigation occurred. This was achieved by refining the SelectedOption state handling within the Autocomplete logic, preventing stale UI states and reducing potential confusion during documentation searches. The solution was implemented using Blazor, C#, and Razor, and included targeted regression checks to maintain stability across related Autocomplete scenarios. The work emphasized careful UI/UX design and precise front end development practices.
