Seonim Ryu developed and maintained technical documentation for the TOAST-DOCS/TOAST-Cloud repository, focusing on the Technical Support Console and console feature guides. Over two months, Seonim authored comprehensive Markdown-based user guides detailing registration, ticket management, and inquiry workflows, enabling self-service support for both public and NCGN users. The work included aligning the Chinese console guide with the English version, expanding coverage of service roles, webhook configurations, and access management. By emphasizing documentation parity and clarity, Seonim’s technical writing and documentation skills ensured that product capabilities were accurately represented, reducing user friction and supporting cross-language usability for global users.
