Delivered multi-repo Dependabot configuration updates across openshift-knative/kn-plugin-event, openshift-knative/net-kourier, and openshift-knative/serving to enable automated, policy-driven dependency updates with minimal/no code changes. Implemented automated weekly Go module updates with exclusions for major/minor updates for knative.dev, k8s.io, openshift, and controller-runtime, and grouped updates by major/minor/patch/security targeting the release-v1.18 branch. No product features or user-visible bugs were delivered this month; the work centers on reducing technical debt, improving security posture, and enabling safer upgrades.

April 2025: Implemented automated Dependabot-based dependency management for openshift-knative/kn-plugin-event targeted at release-1.18. The configuration enables weekly Go module checks, groups updates into major/minor/patch/security categories, and introduces exclusions to reduce noise and streamline security patching for the release. This work improves release stability, accelerates vulnerability remediation, and aligns dependency maintenance with governance requirements. No other major bugs fixed documented for this repo in April 2025.
