Worked on the snowflakedb/snowpark-python repository to deliver the production-ready stabilization of the lineage.trace API, transitioning it from private preview to general availability. Focused on API development and software engineering, the work involved removing preview warnings and simplifying the API surface by eliminating the private preview decorator. This enhancement improved the reliability and usability of data lineage tracing for Snowpark users in Python, enabling smoother onboarding and supporting production deployments. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders ensured alignment with release processes and governance standards. The project emphasized robust API design and careful integration, resulting in a stable, generally available lineage tracing capability.
