Worked on upgrading the MsgPack library from version 2.4.0 to 3.0.0 across the gofiber/fiber and gofiber/utils repositories, focusing on enhancing binary serialization performance and expanding feature support within the Fiber framework. Applied Go programming skills and backend development expertise to standardize dependency management, ensuring consistent library versions and reducing maintenance overhead. The approach emphasized transparent commit traceability and cross-repository coordination, resulting in improved maintainability and compatibility. By leveraging API development and dependency management best practices, the work enabled both repositories to benefit from the latest MsgPack features, supporting more efficient and robust backend data serialization in Go environments.
