Shambhavi G. enhanced the pucardotorg/kerala-configs repository by implementing a structured approach to capturing and reporting the Purpose of Hearing within hearing records. Using Python and YAML, Shambhavi introduced a new field and a dedicated template, along with related configuration changes, to standardize data collection and improve downstream analytics. This work established a template-driven configuration management process, laying the foundation for better data validation and future UI integration. Over the course of one month, Shambhavi focused on feature development rather than bug fixes, delivering a targeted solution that improves data structure and maintainability for hearing-related information in the system.
