Worked on the Nutrihelp-web repository to deliver a more robust and user-friendly chatbot interface, focusing on both usability and reliability. Redesigned the chat UI using React and CSS, introducing features such as auto-resizing textareas, animated typing indicators, and persistent chat history across sessions. Implemented structured error handling and improved loading state management to ensure smoother user interactions. Enhanced the chat experience by supporting lightweight text formatting and preventing duplicate submissions. The approach emphasized maintainable front end development and thoughtful UI/UX design, resulting in reduced user friction and increased engagement without introducing new bugs during the development period.
