Worked on the DeusData/codebase-memory-mcp repository to enhance the portability and reliability of Claude Code installation and configuration. Focused on enabling environment-driven configuration by implementing support for the CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR environment variable, allowing consistent deployments across different environments. Updated installation, uninstallation, and update scripts in C and Shell to dynamically locate configuration files and directories based on this variable. Added targeted tests to verify correct agent detection and configuration discovery, which improved CI coverage and deployment reliability. This work streamlined environment configuration, reduced deployment friction, and increased automation readiness, demonstrating a strong grasp of C programming and system scripting.
