Worked on the keephq/keep repository with a focus on improving reliability and data correctness in alert handling. Addressed a critical issue in the AlertDto component by updating the default environment value from 'undefined' to None, ensuring that absent environment values are properly managed and do not cause unintended behavior in production. This backend improvement enhanced alert accuracy and system stability. The work involved backend development and API design, utilizing Python and unit testing to validate the fix. No new features were released during this period, with efforts concentrated on resolving this key bug to support robust production operations.
