Worked on the Monash-FIT3170/2025W2-All-In-One repository to enhance documentation governance and contributor onboarding processes. Focused on improving the accuracy and accessibility of project documentation by updating the README file with detailed author and alternate contact information, ensuring users and contributors have clear communication channels. Additionally, updated the CODEOWNERS file to clarify codebase ownership and streamline responsibility mapping within the team. Employed configuration management practices and leveraged Markdown and YAML to implement these changes. The work prioritized low-risk, maintainable updates that support project transparency and contributor engagement, delivering two targeted features without introducing new bugs or instability to the codebase.
