Worked on the aspect-build/rules_js repository to deliver compatibility with PNPM 11.x.x, focusing on updating version management scripts and ensuring a seamless upgrade path for users. Leveraged DevOps practices and scripting skills in Bash and Python to implement support for the new PNPM version, introducing end-to-end tests to validate compatibility and establishing a test plan for future updates. Comprehensive documentation was added to guide users through the upgrade process and clarify non-breaking changes. This work improved the reliability of version upgrades, reduced risk for users, and provided a solid foundation for ongoing support of future PNPM releases.
