Developed a new Customer Data node for IVR journeys within the dialtone repository, enabling the collection of key-value data to enhance analytics and personalization in customer flows. Focused on front end and component development using Vue.js and JavaScript, the work introduced new step type constants, custom icons, and comprehensive documentation to ensure seamless integration and accurate display within the IVR card component. The implementation aligned with existing UI component standards, improving maintainability and onboarding for future enhancements. No bug fixes were required during this period, as efforts centered on delivering robust, well-documented features that support data-driven decisioning in IVR systems.
