Worked on the bluealloy/revm repository to enhance the accuracy and reliability of EOFCreate operation tracing within the EVM. Focused on debugging and smart contract execution, the work involved implementing cleanup logic for EOFCreate contexts and introducing an eofcreate_end mechanism to ensure correct handling at the end of these operations. This approach improved gas state inspection and ensured proper top-level state clearing, directly addressing issues with trace ordering and transaction reliability. Utilizing Rust and advanced tracing techniques, the changes reduced post-deployment debugging time for EOFCreate-related issues and contributed to more maintainable and transparent smart contract development workflows.
