Worked on the vllm-project/vllm-omni repository to enhance release automation and image governance by building a targeted CI/CD workflow for Docker image publishing. Focused on automating the process of publishing Docker images to a dedicated Docker Hub repository, which improved management, access control, and downstream consumption. Implemented end-to-end validation of the image publishing workflow using Shell and Jinja, reducing manual intervention and increasing release reliability. Established traceability from commits to released artifacts, aligning artifact naming and governance with cross-team requirements. Documented conventions to support collaboration and artifact management, demonstrating a methodical approach to DevOps and CI/CD best practices.
