Silmy developed and optimized core features for the wso2/apim-apps and wso2/carbon-apimgt repositories, focusing on API management, authentication, and backend performance. In wso2/apim-apps, Silmy refactored role addition logic for scope management, standardizing role formats and improving domain prefix handling to enhance user experience and maintainability. For wso2/carbon-apimgt, Silmy introduced a configurable, case-sensitive authentication system to support policy-compliant credential validation, and later implemented a lightweight Application object to optimize application retrieval, reducing payload size and improving response times. The work leveraged Java, JavaScript, and React, emphasizing clean, traceable changes and measurable business value without reported bugs.
