Shivam Patel developed an end-to-end Lead Unsubscribe workflow for WhiteboxHub, spanning both backend and frontend systems. He designed and implemented a new API endpoint and updated the database schema in the wbl-backend repository, migrating the unsubscribe flag to an integer and introducing a leads_new table to support campaign opt-outs. On the frontend, he built a dedicated unsubscribe page in wbl-frontend using React and Next.js, handling API integration, state management, and user feedback for unsubscribe actions. His work included UX refinements such as navigation updates and rejoin messaging, demonstrating depth in JavaScript, TypeScript, and database management within a short timeframe.
