Worked on optimizing the Ollama Dockerfile for IBM Power9 and Power10 architectures in the ppc64le/build-scripts repository, focusing on enterprise-grade build and deployment improvements. Developed a CPU-detection script to dynamically select compiler flags, enhancing both build and runtime performance for Power10 processors. Collaborated closely with IBM engineers to integrate upstream patches and update build scripts, ensuring robust cross-architecture support. Leveraged skills in Docker, Shell, and Linux to align Dockerfile, build scripts, and build_info.json with upstream changes, resulting in reproducible, production-ready images tailored for Power platforms. The work emphasized maintainability and enterprise readiness for containerized deployments.
