Focused on improving onboarding and scheduling efficiency by replacing outdated VoIP references with current video meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom. Utilized Markdown and technical writing skills to ensure the documentation accurately reflected the interview process, reducing confusion and support questions for new interviewers. No code changes were made beyond documentation, emphasizing clarity and accuracy in process guidance. The work addressed a specific need for up-to-date documentation, enhancing the overall usability of the handbook.
