Worked on the sg-au/sg-main repository to establish a foundation for commit message clarity and traceability, aiming to improve feature and bug mapping throughout the development lifecycle. Introduced a standardized commit messaging framework using Git and Markdown, enabling more descriptive and context-rich commit histories for future releases. The initial scaffolding focused on process improvement rather than direct feature delivery, laying out guidelines to support accurate auditing and impact analysis. While only one feature was added during the period, the groundwork set the stage for more efficient debugging and decision-making in subsequent sprints by enhancing commit context and traceability across the codebase.
