For simplex-chat/simplex-chat, Shum realigned Flatpak packaging metadata to match the current application structure, ensuring accurate application identification and reducing deployment errors. These contributions involved hands-on work with Python, XML, and build system management, reflecting a methodical approach to repository hygiene and long-term maintainability rather than feature development or rapid iteration.
