Developed and delivered the Customer Access Group (CAG) Ingestion feature for the Backbase/stream-services repository, focusing on enhancing access governance for legal entities and service agreements. The work involved implementing configuration, service, and saga components using Java, Spring Boot, and YAML to support the new CAG workflow. By integrating this workflow into existing legal entity and service agreement processes, the solution streamlined access control and reduced the need for manual intervention. This feature established a scalable, policy-driven foundation for managing access across multiple entities, demonstrating depth in backend development, API integration, and microservices architecture within a complex enterprise environment.
