Worked on strengthening metadata handling in the juicedata/juicefs repository by addressing an issue with filename spaces during metadata dumps. Developed a more robust escaping mechanism in Go to ensure that spaces within filenames are correctly processed, preventing potential parsing errors. This solution included the addition of automated tests to verify that filenames containing spaces are handled as expected, improving reliability in backend operations. Collaborated closely with other contributors through code review to refine the implementation and maintain code quality. The work focused on backend development and testing, emphasizing careful handling of edge cases in metadata serialization and validation processes.
