Worked on expanding and stabilizing funding data management within the 1Hive/gardens-v2 repository, focusing on enhancing transparency and sponsor visibility. Addressed configuration management by updating FUNDING.json using JSON to add a new grant entry and profile URL, broadening the range of visible funding sources for users and stakeholders. Implemented a fix to prevent accidental loss of funding data, ensuring that sponsorship information remains reliably displayed even if configuration files are removed. The work laid the foundation for future integration of additional funding sources, emphasizing data integrity and maintainability. Demonstrated skills in configuration management and structured data handling throughout the process.
