During November 2024, Shijie Yuan contributed to the NFDI4BIOIMAGE/training repository by developing a new resource listing entry focused on metadata annotation workflows for OMERO with Tabbles. Shijie enhanced the nfdi4bioimage.yml configuration file using YAML, incorporating detailed metadata such as authorship, licensing, download statistics, publication dates, and Zenodo integration. This work improved the discoverability and attribution of educational resources, supporting better metadata curation and resource management. By maintaining repository standards and ensuring traceability through clear commit history, Shijie demonstrated proficiency in configuration management and metadata structuring, delivering a focused and well-documented feature within a short project period.
