November 2025 (openshift/release): Implemented OVN Operator KUTTL Test Isolation Enhancement by expanding PV provisioning for kuttl tests to prevent data contamination across test runs. The change increases the number of PVs to more than 12 per test suite, addressing reliability issues identified in OVN database tests. Related work includes PR 71153 and OSPrh-19930; signed-off by the contributor. No major bugs fixed this month. This work improves CI reliability and ensures cleaner test environments for OpenShift release validation.

February 2025 monthly summary for openstack-k8s-operators/ci-framework. Focused on improving CI observability by expanding must-gather data collection to include the Tobiko namespace, enabling capture of Tobiko deployment logs in CI job results and accelerating post-run debugging.

In November 2024, delivered a focused enhancement to the CI framework by enabling Tobiko debug mode in the test-operator, improving test observability and debugging efficiency. The change introduces a cifmw_test_operator_tobiko_debug flag and accompanying documentation to enable Tobiko test debugging within the test-operator role. This work is fully traceable to a single commit for reproducibility.
