Leveraging graphic design skills, Smiles created a user-friendly interface that enabled testers to join quickly and provide feedback efficiently. The solution emphasized traceability by including explicit commit references and localized messaging, supporting both English and Chinese users. While no bugs were fixed during this period, the work established a foundation for a more efficient QA feedback loop, setting the stage for broader internal testing adoption and faster release cycles in future development.
