During January 2025, contributed to the easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs repository by developing a new EasyBuild configuration for ORCA 6.0.1, enabling automated building and installation of this software using the gompi-2023b toolchain. The work focused on build system configuration and software packaging, leveraging Python to create a dedicated easyconfig file that included comprehensive download instructions, source definitions, and checksums. This approach ensured reproducible builds and facilitated integration with continuous integration workflows. The feature was delivered as a single, well-documented commit, providing end-to-end traceability and clear documentation of the build process for future maintainers and users.
