Worked on enhancing reliability and observability across the Temporal repositories, focusing on backend improvements using Go, Protocol Buffers, and OpenAPI Specification. Addressed a critical query-timeout issue in temporalio/temporal by updating workflow query handling to prevent silent timeouts and ensure correct deployment versioning, supported by new unit tests. Extended the Worker Deployment API to surface compute connectivity health, integrating ComputeStatus for real-time visibility into deployment status without additional queries. Updated documentation in temporalio/api and temporalio/api-go to clarify API usage and correct previous inconsistencies, ensuring accurate communication of system behavior. Delivered three features and resolved two bugs within the month.
