Developed and delivered a developer onboarding and access provisioning feature for the MTES-MCT/dialog repository, enabling a new contributor to begin work efficiently. The solution automated the creation of a development user with explicit role assignments and organization associations, streamlining the onboarding process while enhancing security and traceability. Leveraging PHP and Doctrine ORM, the work focused on robust back end development and database management to ensure accurate identity and access provisioning. By maintaining a clear, traceable commit history, the implementation supported repository governance and cross-functional collaboration, ultimately reducing time-to-first-commit and facilitating faster integration of new team members into the project.
