Developed and delivered the Monitor Uptime Statistics Reset feature for the louislam/uptime-kuma repository, focusing on backend development and database management using JavaScript. This work introduced both per-monitor and bulk reset capabilities, allowing users to clear heartbeat and uptime statistics efficiently. The implementation involved extending the UptimeCalculator to support granular and bulk deletion logic, ensuring that clearing statistics and heartbeats properly resets uptime data. By addressing a bug that previously prevented accurate resets, the changes improved data integrity and operational resilience. These enhancements support safer maintenance workflows, facilitate faster incident triage, and enable more reliable decommissioning of monitors within the system.
