During a two-month period, Korsnack focused on targeted engineering improvements across open-source projects. On the harry0703/yt-dlp repository, Korsnack resolved a critical authentication issue in the Niconico Live Stream extractor by introducing a new cookie handling method and updating the stream configuration, which restored reliable access to live content. This work involved Python development, API integration, and web scraping techniques. Additionally, Korsnack contributed to redis/docs by correcting a documentation reference, ensuring the Redis data types guide accurately reflected time series commands. The work demonstrated careful attention to detail and maintainability, with changes tracked through Git-based version control.
